I know how it feels to use food as a comfort and a distraction — and to beat yourself up about it afterwards.
For years, I thought there was something wrong with me. I thought I lacked the willpower other people had. But what I really needed was a new way of seeing my habits, my health, and myself. Once I found it, I was able to take control of my habits and my life in ways I never thought possible.
That’s why I created the Emotional Eating Rebellion. I’ve lived it, I’ve broken free from it, and now I teach others to do the same.
My coaching combines the science of behaviour change with the soul of reconnecting to your body’s wisdom — and a spark of rebellion against the system that profits from keeping us unhealthy and exhausted.
