The Single Step
60 min health coaching consultation: £75

An individual consultation for women wanting to explore health coaching without commitment, or for existing clients to access ongoing support. 

If you're ready to take control of your health but unsure where to start, then this session will help you focus, prioritise, and choose a strategy to achieve your goals.

Before your first consultation, I'll ask you to complete a detailed health assessment form. During the session, we'll identify root causes, explore solutions, prioritise goals, and create a detailed, personalised health plan.​ After the session, you'll receive your health plan by email, along with supporting resources, tools and information to help you put it into action.

  • 4 follow-up consultations (45 mins) spread over your desired timeframe, letting you make this programme as intensive or as gentle as you wish.

  • A co-created, personalised health plan covering nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes.

  • Education, resources and exercises to motivate, inform and empower you. 

  • Ongoing support, encouragement, advice and shame-free accountability.​​
