About Me
Hi, I'm Debbie

Ten years ago, my health was at an all-time low. I was exhausted, insecure, and stuck in cycles of cravings, poor sleep, and daily aches and pains. I knew something had to change.
Like many women, I tried to do all the right things: eat better, move more, manage stress. And yes, those things help. But the real struggle isn’t knowing what to do - it's actually doing it!
That’s where my rebellion began.
I started to see the bigger picture: a culture that prioritises productivity over wellbeing, marketing that exploits our insecurities, and systems that turn our natural need for comfort into habits that keep us stuck. I also looked inward — at the self-criticism and beliefs that tied my worth to perfection and performance.
Instead of relying on willpower, I began cultivating something stronger: a deeper why, rooted in self-respect rather than shame.
That shift changed everything.
Today, I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Guide — and someone who has broken free from cycles of self-sabotage. Now I help other women do the same.
Because true health isn’t about perfection. It’s about understanding the forces stacked against us, rewriting the stories that keep us small, and choosing long-term wellbeing over short-term escape.
